I'm Kynthia. I've spent my career doing a lot of different things really well, and I've finally stopped pretending that's a liability. It's the whole point.

A Master's in Interaction Design. A decade of nonprofit operations support: event production, systems building, volunteer coordination. Sidequests in food service, rare books, caregiving. My resume looks complicated until you realize it's all the same instinct: figure out what people need and make it work.

Proofreading, copyediting, and developmental editing for writers, journalists, and small businesses. I get into the work with you – not to change your voice, but to help it come through more clearly and land the way you meant.

Event Coordination

Full-service event coordination and event team support for nonprofits, community organizations, and anyone planning a gathering that matters. I handle the logistics so you can be present with your guests.

Systems Wrangling

I help small businesses and nonprofits figure out which digital tools actually fit how they work — and then set them up properly. If something feels more complicated than it should be, that's my beat.
