Systems Wrangling

I build digital tools that work for real
people – and help you figure out
which ones you actually need.

Why Kynthia?

Most people whose systems need wrangling don't know exactly what they need. They just know something isn't working – their tools feel scattered, their data is a mess, their team is doing things three different ways. They're overwhelmed, and unsure where to start.

What sets my clients apart is that they're also smart enough to ask for help.

I have a Master's in Interaction Design and spent over a decade building systems for a fast-growing nonprofit – everything from CRM integrations to volunteer coordination tools to the email lists that kept thousands of supporters in the loop. I got very good at translating between "here's the problem" and "here's what we can actually do about it, given our constraints."

How It Works

Every project is different, so we'll always start with a conversation.

Here's a general sense of what to expect:

1) You Reach Out

Tell me what's not working.
(vague is fine)

2) We Talk

I'll schedule a 30-minute discovery call to map the problem and get a sense of our options.

3) I Send a Proposal

I'll summarize my understanding of what you're looking for and tell you where I'd start, what might come next, and an estimate of what it should cost.

4) We Agree on the Details

We'll set the scope of work, timeline, and budget before we start.

5) I Wrangle

Setup, configuration, testing, documentation, repeat...

6) You get a system that works

(and enough context to keep it working)

What It Costs

Every system is different. Here's what stays the same:
