Why Kynthia?
I've planned intimate fundraising dinners, coordinated hundreds of volunteers to support multi-day conferences for a nonprofit research organization, managed kitchens in the Nevada desert, and helped hold space for thousands of people at immersive events.
What all of it has in common: someone needs to care about the details so everyone else can be present for the experience.
That's the job. I'm good at it – and I'm never more useful than when the plan needs to change.
How It Works
Every project is different, so we'll always start with a conversation.
Here's a general sense of what to expect:

Tell me about your event.
(size, date, what you need)

2) We Talk
I'll schedule a 30-minute discovery call to discuss vision, timeline, and budget.

3) I Send a Proposal
I'll summarize my understanding of what you're looking for and how I can help.

4) We Agree on the Details
We'll set the scope of work, timeline, and budget before we start.

5) Planning Phase
We'll have regular checkins as we develop and execute the plan.

6) Event Day
I'm there, watching everything; you're not worrying.

7) Wrap-up
(debrief, documentation, final invoice)
What It Costs
Every event is different.
Here's what stays the same:
Initial Consulation: $50
(applied to your project if we move forward)
Project-based flat fees available for clearly scoped events.
